Bio: Linda is a graduate of Armstrong State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree. In 1992, she earned her real estate license and has since been a consistent multimillion-dollar producer who takes pride in her professionalism and focuses on her clients' needs. She pays attention to details and provides the best service possible for her clients. Linda has constantly been active in the Richmond Hill community. She has served as chairman of the Richmond Hill YMCA, the Coastal Bryan Development Authority, and the Richmond Hill-Bryan County Chamber of Commerce. She has chaired the Selective Services Board, Armstrong State University foundation board and has served as the co-chair of the Coastal Bryan Tree Foundation. Linda's drive for success is passed on through her family as well as her business clients.

Bio: Jason Barker is from Richmond Hill, GA. He graduated from Brewton Parker College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. In 2002, he earned his real estate license. After 9/11, he joined the National Guard and was deployed overseas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, earning a Meritorious Service Medal, a Combat Action Badge, and the Iraq Campaign Medal. Since then, he has been a REALTOR® working with the Army Corp of Engineers Homeowners Assistance Program. In 2013, Jason joined his mom to manage Magnolia Coastal Properties, LLC. Jason's has been active in the Richmond Hill Community. He has sat on the Tax Assessors appraisal board, Coastal Bryan Tree Foundation and several committees for the RHBC Chambers Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival.

Bio: Ashlee is a graduate of Armstrong University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in photography. Ashlee ensures the firm's properties get the most exposure when it comes to marketing, both online and traditional. She thoroughly screens and processes all inquiries and applications for our vacant rental properties as well as provides pertinent market information to buyers, sellers, and tenants. Also, with a background in finance with an economics major, Ashlee heads up our accounting department, ensuring that your funds are accounted for correctly each month. She has sat on several different boards but her most important achievement is her daughter, Charlotte Annie Barker.
